Our story
How Hardy & Sons came together
Hardy & Sons came together when Brendan Hardy and Matt Bostock combined their experience to build one company around the same standards. Matt brought the experience he had built through his previous company, while Brendan brought his own hands-on experience and the Hardy family name.
That became Hardy & Sons. As the business has grown, the setup has grown with it, but the way we deal with customers has stayed personal. You can still speak directly to the people running the company, not a call centre or a chain of departments.
Two backgrounds, one team, with the same focus on doing the job properly.
Built for the work
A fleet ready for the job
We are not rogue traders working out of one unmarked van. Hardy & Sons has a fully equipped, branded fleet that gives the team what they need to get out to jobs and keep work moving properly.
But growing the setup has not changed where we came from. We have kept the same down-to-earth, family-run roots that got us here: turn up, speak plainly, work hard and take pride in the job.

Where the work gets organised
Not everything happens on site. The office is where quotes are worked through, jobs are planned, customer messages are answered and the day-to-day details are kept in order.
Having a proper base gives the business somewhere to organise the work behind the work. It helps us stay responsive, keep information together and keep projects moving from the first enquiry through to the finished job.

Matt is involved in the day-to-day running of the business and the work itself. Customers deal directly with him, and his focus is simple: keep standards high, stay straightforward and keep the job moving.
